ETAD announces tender for Xenia Kalentziou in Achaia
The Hellenic Public Real Estate Company (ETAD), a subsidiary of the National Development Fund, has announced an open bidding competition via electronic auction for the long-term lease of the Xenia Kalentziou in Achaia.
The historic property is a former guesthouse with a total area of 1,431.15 square meters and a capacity of 22 rooms, situated on an 8,666 square meter plot. The initiative aims to reactivate the property to attract investment and generate economic value for the region.
