ETAD presents real estate strategy at 90th Thessaloniki International Fair

The Hellenic Public Real Estate Company (ETAD), a subsidiary of the Hellenic Development Fund, is participating in the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair to present its strategy for the active utilization of real estate assets. The company aims to create new value for the economy, local communities, and citizens through its portfolio management.

A central focus of ETAD’s presence is the restoration of the former Government House (Palataki) in Kalamaria. The goal is to transform this landmark into a community-oriented destination for cultural, conference, and professional activities. As part of the event, ETAD CEO Iro Chatzigeorgiou will participate in a discussion regarding real estate and iconic landmarks.

Additional activities include the ‘The Government House Revives’ event at the MOMUS Museum of Contemporary Art on September 7, 2026, which will showcase the progress of the building's restoration project. A photography exhibition titled ‘ANAVIOSIS,’ dedicated to the architecture and decoration of the Government House, will also be held at the MOMUS outdoor space from September 5 to September 13, 2026.
