Etar Veliko Tarnovo secured a 1-0 victory against CSKA II in the eighth round of the Second League championship. The win marks a return to form for the team following two draws and two losses.

Tsvetomir Tsanev scored the decisive goal in the 42nd minute after finishing a dangerous attack with a powerful shot past the goalkeeper. Following the goal, CSKA II increased their pressure in the second half, hitting the crossbar through Yulian Gilov and creating several other scoring opportunities.

Etar goalkeeper Angel Martinov played a crucial role in maintaining the clean sheet, making several key saves to prevent the opposition from equalizing.
