Etec de Mauá students develop online thrift store platform

Students at Etec de Mauá have developed ‘Bem Bolado’, an online thrift store platform designed to promote a circular economy and sustainability. The project aims to address excessive consumption and textile waste in the fashion industry by facilitating the exchange of clothing through a user-friendly digital interface.

The platform allows users to register garments in good condition and utilize filters to find desired items, potentially managing exchanges through direct swaps. The study explores the economic viability of this collaborative consumption model as a tool for social transformation.
