Eteria launches AcademyEteria to train young professionals

The Eteria construction consortium, composed of Vianini Lavori, Itinera, Icop, and Sinelec, has launched AcademyEteria, a new training initiative designed to address technical shortages and facilitate generational renewal within the industry.

The initiative consists of two distinct programs. The first is a development track for existing employees under the age of 35, scheduled to run from late October 2026 through the first quarter of 2027. This program combines in-person and online learning to enhance technical and managerial skills, focusing on leadership, project management, economic management, safety, and sustainability.

The second program, beginning in November 2026, focuses on external recruitment. It offers gradual integration into the company for graduates and students, targeting technical and management roles in finance, operations, quality, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) across Italy.
