Eternal Anima RPG announced for March 2027 release

Marvelous has announced Eternal Anima, a new role-playing game (RPG) previously known as ‘Project Life is RPG’. The title is scheduled for a worldwide release on March 4, 2027.

Developed by a team of industry veterans, including director Katsuhisa Higuchi and writers Keisuke Makino and Kazushige Nojima, the game is set in the kingdom of Urvis Ael. The narrative follows a character named Wade, who uses time-traveling abilities to navigate different eras and uncover lost history.

The game will be available on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and the Nintendo Switch 2. Gameplay features a turn-based combat system incorporating a ‘Psychometry’ ability, allowing players to interact with memories held in objects and inherit ancestral skills.
