ETFs gain popularity as low-cost investment tool
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are seeing increased popularity among investors due to their ability to provide broad market diversification with relatively low risk and lower management fees compared to traditional actively managed funds.
Recent comparisons of ETF savings plans show that individuals can begin building wealth with monthly installments as low as 10 euros. A study of 29 banks and brokers—including Commerzbank, ING, Flatex, Scalable Capital, S Broker, and Trade Republic—revealed that some providers offer these plans entirely free of purchase and custody fees. For beginners, utilizing world equity ETFs through these savings plans is recommended as a flexible method for long-term wealth accumulation.
