Etihad Cargo adds second weekly freighter service to Paris CDG
Etihad Cargo, the freight arm of Etihad Airways, is launching a second weekly freighter flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The added service expands capacity between France and key markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, responding to rising demand for specialised cargo such as pharmaceuticals, perishables, equine transport and museum shipments.
Chief Cargo Officer Stanislas Brun said the new flight strengthens Abu Dhabi’s role as a global logistics hub and provides customers with greater flexibility and reliable access to worldwide markets. In 2025 the carrier moved more than 26,000 tonnes of cargo between Abu Dhabi and Paris. Etihad Cargo’s French network now includes three daily passenger flights to Paris, two weekly freighter services and a seasonal passenger route to Nice.
