Etihad Rail to launch passenger services connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Etihad Rail is launching passenger services connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering an alternative to long commutes by car. The service aims to provide commuters with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, allowing passengers to work or manage emails during their journey.

To facilitate seamless travel, a connection is being established between the Etihad Rail Al Yalayis Station and the Dubai Metro Red Line at Jumeirah Golf Estates. A dedicated footbridge is currently under construction to link the two stations, which are approximately 1km apart. This connection will allow passengers to reach major Dubai districts, including Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai International Airport, without the need for a vehicle.
