ETIHI members win six medals at Teachers' Summer Games

Representatives from the Science and Education Workers' Trade Union (ETIHI), a member of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, won six medals at the XXII Teachers' Summer Games held in Albena, Bulgaria.

The Azerbaijani delegation secured four first-place finishes and two third-place finishes. Notable achievements include winning the mini-football tournament after defeating Poland 5:4 in the final. In table tennis, the women's team took first place while the men's team secured third. Individual winners included Rüfət Əliyev in women's table tennis and Bünyad Əsgərov in chess.

The international competition, involving members of the European Trade Union Committee on Education (ETUCE), aims to promote healthy lifestyles and strengthen cooperation among educators.
