Euclides Bugliotti denies illegal land use in Villa Carlos Paz
Businessman Euclides ‘Tati’ Bugliotti, head of Grupo Dinosaurio, has denied allegations of illegal activity within a protected area in Villa Carlos Paz. The dispute follows an intervention by municipal inspectors who ordered the halt of excavation and clearing works near the Córdoba-Villa Carlos Paz Highway.
Authorities had identified a container marked with the Grupo Dinosaurio name at the site, which they linked to unauthorized modifications of the terrain within a protected zone. Bugliotti clarified that the container was not part of a construction project but was placed there to establish a legal commercial address for the company. He further claimed the container is located on land belonging to Caminos de las Sierras, rather than his own 100-hectare property.
Bugliotti criticized Mayor Esteban Avilés, describing the municipal action as the unnecessary paralysis of a container. While he acknowledged the land is in a restricted zone, he stated the company acquired the property with that knowledge and intends to present future projects, including a photovoltaic park and a terminal, once dialogue with the municipality improves.
