Eudoxus platform issues new university textbook guidelines

The Eudoxus platform has released detailed guidelines and frequently asked questions regarding the declaration and collection of university textbooks for students in Greece.

Key regulations include provisions for students requesting books for courses from previous semesters. A student may declare a textbook for a past course provided they have not yet passed the subject and have not previously received a textbook for that specific course, even if the required textbook has changed.

Regarding availability, an indicator of ‘Availability: 0’ signifies that the specific distribution point is currently out of stock, but the publisher is expected to send new copies shortly. If a student loses their personal PIN, they can request a reminder through the application by navigating to ‘Textbook Declarations’ and selecting the option to remind the PIN number.

Provisions are also in place for students applying for university transfers; once a transfer is approved, they are permitted to select new textbooks through the system.
