Eumseong County begins 30 billion KRW rural infrastructure projects

Eumseong County has received final approval from Chungcheongbuk-do to begin major infrastructure projects aimed at improving living conditions in Daeso-eup and Samseong-myeon. The initiatives involve a total investment of approximately 30 billion KRW.

The Daeso-eup project will utilize 18 billion KRW to construct the ‘Bakjangdaeso Complex Hub Center,’ a facility integrating culture, welfare, and community functions. Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with a target completion date of December 2027.

The Samseong-myeon project involves 12.07 billion KRW to establish a basic living base that will consolidate existing administrative and welfare services into a one-stop center. This project is expected to break ground in September and reach completion by December 2027. Both projects aim to enhance social infrastructure for multicultural families, the elderly, and infants.
