Eureka Group acquires Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park for $18.4 million
Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) has announced the $18.4 million off-market acquisition of Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park in Western Australia. The purchase includes a $3.0 million deferred payment and is expected to settle in late August 2026.
The 4.05-hectare site, located approximately 70 kilometres south of Perth, currently consists of 168 sites, including 71 permanent land lease homes, 4 rental dwellings, 24 cabins or motel units, and 69 caravan and camping sites. The acquisition also includes existing approvals to develop an additional 66 land-lease home sites.
Managing Director and CEO Simon Owen stated that the move provides exposure to the Mandurah market, noting the region's strong population growth, low rental vacancy of approximately 1.6%, and rising housing prices. Eureka Group also reported a pipeline of over $120 million in non-binding acquisitions currently under due diligence.
