Eurobank partners with INSEAD for leadership development

Eurobank INSEAD leadership development banking innovation executive training

Eurobank has partnered with INSEAD to invest in modern leadership and innovation through specialized training programs. Since the collaboration began in November 2024, more than 100 Group executives have participated in two distinct initiatives: the Leadership Development Programme (LDP), which focuses on leadership, innovation, and transformation, and the Building Eurobank’s Innovating Engine, aimed at fostering a culture of innovation and developing modern products and services.

To date, two cycles of the LDP have been completed, involving executives from Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria, while the first cycle of the innovation program has also concluded. An alumni kick-off event was held on October 23, 2026, at the Athens Marriott Hotel to establish an alumni community for continuous knowledge exchange and skill utilization.
