Eurocash appoints Adam Galek to management board

The Supervisory Board of Eurocash has appointed Adam Galek to the company's management board, effective August 25, 2026. Galek will be responsible for the logistics sector.

Galek brings over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management across the FMCG sector and logistics operators. His background includes expertise in operational transformation, organizational integration, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, in 2026, he served as a board advisor for strategy and transformation at Zadbano. From 2018 to 2025, he was a board member at Rohlig Suus Logistics, overseeing business development, sales, operations, and real estate.

This appointment comes as Eurocash undergoes an intensive transformation period. The group is currently implementing a savings program valued at 400 million PLN for the 2026-2027 period, which includes the optimization of logistics, store networks, and customer portfolios. Galek previously held various logistics leadership roles within the Eurocash Group between 2014 and 2018.
