Eurociudad del Guadiana to promote Iberian gastronomy at Vimar 2026

The fifth edition of the Wine and Sea Fair (Vimar) is scheduled for October 26 and 27 at the Espacio Santa Fe in Huelva. The event will feature the active participation of the Eurocity of the Guadiana and its gastronomic tourism brand, ‘Sabor Frontera’.

This partnership aims to promote the culinary richness, cultural heritage, and blue economy of the transboundary territory comprising Ayamonte (Spain), Castro Marim, and Vila Real de Santo António (Portugal). The collaboration highlights the shared culinary identity of the Huelva coast and the eastern Algarve, focusing on products such as artisanal salt, bluefin tuna, Atlantic seafood, and regional wines.
