Euroclear expands partnership with Franklin Templeton to private‑market funds

Irivest IM has launched a flexible fund that can adjust its equity exposure from 0 % to 100 % each month using a quantitative model. The new product was announced on 2 July 2026.

Euroclear has broadened its cooperation with US asset manager Franklin Templeton, extending the distribution of Franklin’s private‑market strategies—including non‑listed equity, private debt and real‑estate—through Euroclear FundsPlace (formerly MFEX). The platform now serves about 3,000 fund distributors and lists roughly 250,000 funds, of which more than 20,000 are alternative funds managed by over 500 managers. Similar partnerships have been formed with other asset managers such as Ares. The expansion aims to strengthen Euroclear’s private‑fund distribution capabilities across Europe.
