EuroExpress denies RS police use of its vans in Bugojno, threatens lawsuit
A report by portal Istraga.ba claimed that two vans bearing the registration of EuroExpress Cars, a courier company based in Banja Luka and owned by Marinko Tomić, were used by members of the Republika Srpska police during an operation in the Srednjobosanski kanton near Bugojno. Surveillance footage allegedly showed a Mercedes van with plates K23‑A‑229 and a Citroën van with plates T95‑E‑518, both registered to EuroExpress.
EuroExpress issued a formal denial, stating that the company had no involvement in the police activity and that its vehicles were not used for the alleged purpose. The statement described the allegations as false, said they caused serious damage to the company's reputation, and warned that it would pursue legal action against the media outlets that published the claims. No official confirmation from authorities has been released.
