Eurojackpot lottery sees major wins in Poland and milestone in Slovakia

Recent lottery drawings have resulted in significant winnings across Europe. In Poland, a player won over 1 million PLN (approximately 1,038,676.90 PLN) in the Eurojackpot third-tier prize. The winning ticket was purchased at a LOTTO outlet located at ul. Tytusa Chałubińskiego 27E in Gdańsk. Additionally, two players won 1 million PLN each in the Lotto Plus drawing.

In Slovakia, the Eurojackpot lottery is approaching a milestone with its 800th drawing scheduled for August 28, 2026. Since its introduction to the Slovak market in October 2015, the game has paid out a total of over 237 million EUR to Slovak players. The highest individual win in Slovakia remains a nearly 59 million EUR jackpot won in the Košice region in October 2020.
