Euro‑mont launches 100‑metre tower complex on Trg Rudara in Zenica, Bosnia

Construction has begun on the largest residential‑commercial complex in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project, led by Euro‑mont with partners ALMY Zenica and Bossil d.o.o., involves a 100‑metre tower—the tallest in the country—alongside four underground floors. The development will provide 447 housing units, 7,053 m² of office space and 486 parking spots, covering a total investment of about 100 million KM.

The three‑year build is slated to make the tower’s outline visible by the end of the year, with full completion expected within three years. Investors say the complex will modernise Trg Rudara, improve urban quality of life and meet high construction and environmental standards.
