Europa Education acquires Italian Plena Education Group

Europa Education has expanded its international presence through the acquisition of Plena Education, a prominent Italian educational group specializing in the creative arts. This move marks the group's entry into the Italian market and extends its academic footprint to a fourth European country, joining its existing operations in Spain, Portugal, and Andorra.

Plena Education comprises six prestigious institutions featuring 14 campuses across six Italian cities. The group serves approximately 5,300 students through nearly 90 academic programs. The acquisition strengthens Europa Education's capabilities in disciplines such as design, art, music, fashion, film, gastronomy, and communication.

The integration aims to establish a European Hub for Design and Creativity, connecting the Creative Campus of Universidad Europea, IADE, and Plena Education to foster academic collaboration, mobility, and international exchange.
