Europa-Park and Phantasialand announce new attractions and travel packages

Major European theme parks are expanding their offerings through new attractions and specialized accommodation packages.

Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, has announced three new additions for its 2027 season. These include a giant Wild Swing XL-style swing over a lake in the Portuguese area, a panoramic tower in the Icelandic area where visitors can pilot their own capsules, and a multi-sensory renovation of the historic Enzo’s Piccolo Mondo attraction in the Italian area.

In terms of visitor logistics, theme parks are increasingly offering hotel and ticket bundles. At Europa-Park, guests can stay in various themed hotels such as Castillo Alcazar, Colosseo, or Krønasår, with some options providing early park access. Phantasialand in Brühl offers hotel stays at Ling Bao, Matamba, and Charles Lindbergh, which include breakfast, free parking, and fast-access passes for specific rides.
