Europa Verde defends use of public spaces in Alghero

Europa Verde co-spokespersons Beatrice Podda and Gianluigi Testoni have addressed recent criticisms regarding the use of public buildings in the Sa Segada hamlet of Alghero. They clarified that the regional properties in the area are managed by the local hamlet committee under a formal contract, which allows for the use of spaces by various associations and private entities.

The political group recently organized a meeting and a communal lunch in Sa Segada to promote political engagement in areas they believe are often overlooked by public attention. Following the event, a portion of the funds raised was allocated to the local committee to support the restoration of the church bell tower.
