Europe band announces 2027 Japan tour for ‘The Final Countdown’ anniversary

Swedish hard rock band Europe has announced a Japan tour for January 2027 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their landmark album, ‘The Final Countdown’.

The tour will consist of three performances in major Japanese cities: January 13 at NHK Hall in Tokyo, January 14 at Okaya Koki Nagoya Kokaido in Nagoya, and January 15 at Grand Cube Osaka in Osaka.

‘The Final Countdown’ is one of the band's most successful works, having sold 7 million copies worldwide and producing hits such as the title track and ‘Carrie’. The band is also scheduled to release a new studio album, ‘Come This Madness’, in September 2026.
