Europe to release 12th studio album ‘Come This Madness’

The Swedish rock band Europe is set to release their 12th studio album, ‘Come This Madness’, on September 25, 2026, via Silver Lining Music and Hell & Back Recordings. The album marks the band’s first new studio release in nine years.

Produced by Tom Dalgety, known for his work with Ghost and Rammstein, the record features a blend of classic 1980s-inspired melodies and contemporary hard rock sounds. The tracklist includes eleven songs, such as the title track ‘Come This Madness’, the power ballad ‘This Time of Year’, and ‘Scandinavian Eyes’. The album also features guest appearances by Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth and Tobias Forge of Ghost.

Frontman Joey Tempest noted that the production aimed to capture the spirit of the band’s past while evolving their sound. The album was recorded at RMV Studio and includes elements of progressive rock and orchestral arrangements.
