European Canoe Slalom Championships conclude in Epinal

The Under 23 and Junior European Canoe Slalom Championships concluded in Epinal, France, featuring notable performances from Polish and Italian athletes.

Poland secured multiple medals, highlighted by Dominika Brzeska winning the European title in the Women's Under 23 kayak cross. The Polish men's junior team, consisting of Krzysztof Dusik, Marek Kulczycki, and Wiktor Mazurek, also secured a gold medal. Marek Kulczycki earned three podium finishes in total, including one gold in the kayak cross time-trial and two bronzes.

In the final days of competition, Italy finished without medals, though Marco Bacchinche was noted as a top performer for his country after reaching the semifinals in the Junior men's kayak cross. Other winners included Ianis Triomphe in the Men's Under 23 kayak cross and Max Steunbrenner in the Junior men's category.
