European clubs target Belgian youth talents Esaïe Turi and Joshua Nga Kana
Several Belgian youth talents are attracting significant interest from major European football clubs.
Sixteen-year-old Esaïe Turi is nearing a transfer from KV Kortrijk to AS Monaco. After developing through the youth systems at Moeskroen and Kortrijk, Turi has been scouted by Monaco's youth academy. While he has previously played as a striker or winger, Monaco intends to utilize him in a midfield role, specifically as a 'six' or 'eight', citing his technical control, vision, and ambidexterity. He is expected to sign a youth contract and join the club's U17 squad.
Separately, 17-year-old RSC Anderlecht winger Joshua Nga Kana has drawn interest from top-tier clubs including Paris Saint-Germain, AS Monaco, and several English sides such as Liverpool. Nga Kana, who recently signed a contract with Anderlecht through 2029, has gained attention through his performances with the Belgian U17 national team and the RSCA Futures. While interest from major European clubs is growing, Anderlecht is expected to retain the player for the time being.
