European Drug Ring Dismantled in Multi‑Country Raid

Police operations coordinated by the Cologne public prosecutor, Europol and authorities in Spain and Austria raided 31 private residences, businesses and hide‑outs across the three countries. Nine arrest warrants were executed and a total of 31 suspects, aged 24 to 31, were placed under investigation.

The raids seized more than four tonnes of cannabis, over 27 kg of cocaine, about 1.5 kg of crack and roughly 800 litres of amphetamine oil – enough to produce more than three tonnes of amphetamine. The total estimated street value of the confiscated drugs exceeds €11 million.
