European hiking routes feature Dent de Vaulion and Puy de Dôme

Various hiking and walking routes are detailed across different European regions, including France and the Swiss border areas.

In the Vallée de Joux, the Dent de Vaulion offers a difficult 19.88 km loop with a 360-degree panorama that can reveal up to eight different lakes under clear skies. Near Damvant, a moderate figure-of-eight route follows the French-Swiss border, passing the Reclère Caves and providing views of the Bernese Alps from the La Faux d’Enson tower.

Other routes include a woodland walk through the Domaine de la Patte d’Oie near the Plateau des 1000 Étangs, a moderate circuit around the Puy de Dôme starting from Montrodeix, and a short, easy family walk through the countryside between Baguer-Pican and Sains.
