European Media Summit 2026 to focus on power and AI

The 18th European Media Summit is scheduled to take place from December 3 to 5, 2026, in Seefeld, Tyrol. Under the theme “Rules of Power – Who controls the 21st century?”, the event will host approximately 60 high-profile figures from the fields of media, politics, economy, science, and culture.

The summit will feature more than 20 panel discussions focusing on critical global issues, including the new world order, European security architecture, artificial intelligence, cyber threats, media transformation, and economic competitiveness.

During a program presentation held at the Hotel Sacher in Vienna, organizers highlighted Tyrol's role as a meeting point for international decision-makers and a hub for technological excellence. The advisory board for the event includes experts such as Meret Baumann, Susanne Glass, Thomas Seifert, Andreas Altmann, Matthias Sutter, Patricio Hetfleisch, and Markus Spillmann, working alongside initiator Stefan Kröll.
