European Schools Raise Over €30,000 for Children’s Charities

Students at a primary school in Heimertingen, Germany organized a fundraising run in which each lap completed earned a donation from parents and relatives. The event collected €5,000, which will be given to the nonprofit Via Ninos to support street children in Ecuador, covering school meals and homework assistance.

At the École fondamentale de Steinfort in Luxembourg, pupils took part in a Charity Run & Walk that generated €28,000. The proceeds were split equally between two local organisations – Heart‑Sick Children Luxembourg and the Foundation for Cancer‑Stricken Children – which provide financial, social and psychological support to seriously ill children and their families.
