Pontedilegno-Tonale achieved a score of 93.1 out of 100, cited for its consistent snow coverage and operational lift systems. The ranking criteria included lift and slope functionality (35%), snow availability (25%), consistency of conditions (20%), resilience to poor seasons (12%), and average snow depth (8%).
Other top-ranked European destinations include Obertauern in Austria (92.9) and Les Arcs in France (92.2). While Italy holds the top spot, France shows significant strength with five locations in the top 10 and ten in the top 20. Austria also features prominently with six locations in the top 20. Notably, the Les 3 Vallées in France received a perfect score of 100 for its snow availability criterion.
