European television programming features cinematic classics and documentaries

European television schedules for mid-October feature a diverse array of programming, including cinematic classics, biographical documentaries, and dramatic series.

In France and across European networks, Arte will broadcast Francesco Rosi’s 1976 political drama ‘Cadavres exquis’, starring Lino Ventura, followed by a documentary titled ‘Lino Ventura, la part intime’ which examines the actor's career and personal history. Other major broadcasts include the James Bond film ‘Goldfinger’ on France 3 and the DC superhero film ‘Aquaman’ on TMC. Additionally, France 4 will debut a documentary titled ‘Bilal Hassani : bats-toi comme une fille, mon fils’, providing an introspective look at the queer artist.

In Ireland, Sunday programming is expected to include a variety of genres such as dramatic series, comedies, documentaries, family-friendly shows, and live sports.
