Young Europeans are utilizing the DiscoverEU program, an initiative by the European Union that provides free train travel to 40,000 young people. In Spain, approximately 4,000 tickets are distributed per call. To qualify, applicants must complete forms demonstrating knowledge of EU programs and community statistics.

In the La Rioja region, residents have various travel options to connect with these opportunities. While the Logroño-Agoncillo airport has expanded its offerings, travelers can also utilize nearby airports such as Vitoria, Pamplona, and Bilbao to access domestic and international destinations, facilitating easier movement across the continent.
