European universities expand academic cooperation and mobility

Academic institutions in the Euro-Mediterranean region are expanding international cooperation through new alliances and high-level diplomatic meetings.

The University of Mostar has issued a call for students, researchers, and staff to participate in the EUPeace (European University for Peace, Justice, and Inclusive Societies) alliance. The initiative offers opportunities for international mobility, research hubs, and joint projects through programs such as the European Track and the Virtual European Exchange Programme (VEEP).

In a separate development, EMUNI University President Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc conducted high-level meetings in Malta to strengthen academic ties. Discussions with leadership from the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) and the University of Malta focused on enhancing research, academic mobility, and connectivity across the Mediterranean space to foster dialogue between European institutions and the wider region.
