European venues announce Halloween 2026 programming

Various venues in Italy and Germany have announced their Halloween 2026 programming, focusing on family-oriented activities and immersive experiences.

In Italy, several historic castles are hosting themed events. Bevilacqua Castle in Verona will offer candlelit dinners and entertainment, while Zumelle Castle in Belluno features a theatrical vampire-themed dinner. Other locations include Casiglio Castle in Como, which offers murder mystery dinners, and Malpaga Castle in Bergamo, hosting medieval-themed cuisine. Additional events are planned at Gropparello, Rivalta, Valenzano, Montegiove, Chiavenna Landi, and Compiano castles, featuring interactive trails, role-playing, and nocturnal walks.

In Germany, Erlebnispark Schloss Thurn has unveiled its 2026 schedule. The park will host “Family Halloween” daytime events from late October through early November, featuring interactive labyrinths, a children's disco, and water shows. For older audiences, “Scary Nights” will take place during evening hours, offering horror mazes in the Westernstadt and Magic Valley, including a new maze titled “Das Survival-Camp.”
