European venues announce new culinary concepts and service updates
Several European venues are introducing new culinary and service updates. In Berlin, the EUREF-Campus will undergo a gastronomic realignment starting September 1, 2026. Klüh Catering GmbH will manage the campus offerings, introducing new culinary concepts at locations including Werkstatt Bistro, Café im Wasserturm, We love green, and the CORD. A new digital payment system and a dedicated Klüh Catering app will replace the previous Campus-Card, providing users with meal plans, nutritional information, and faster checkout.
In Vienna, the Palais Coburg is launching a new all-day dining concept called Restaurant Prunkräume, opening on September 7. The restaurant will utilize the hotel's historic salons on the first floor for permanent dining services, including brunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. British chef Lewis Emerson will lead the culinary direction, blending Austrian classics with British traditions and international influences. The menu features items such as truffle chicken and various brunch options, supported by a collaboration with the Viennese specialist shop Jägertee for afternoon tea services.
