Livia Tellus Romagna Forlì holding company budget municipal dividends Romagna Forlivese

The holding company Livia Tellus Romagna, which manages public service shares for the Municipality of Forlì and 14 other Romagna Forlivese municipalities, reports a healthy financial outlook for the 2026-2028 budget period.

According to municipal councilor Vittorio Cicognani, total revenues for the 2025-2026 fiscal year are expected to reach 6.56 million euros. Projections for subsequent years suggest revenues of 6.22 million euros in 2026-2027 and 6.31 million euros in 2027-2028. The operating result is anticipated to remain consistently above 5.4 million euros.

A significant portion of these funds will be distributed as dividends to member municipalities. The Municipality of Forlì is slated to receive 4.5 million euros for both the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 periods, with an additional 4 million euros estimated for 2027-2028. In total, Forlì is expected to receive over 13 million euros, supplemented by a 1.2 million euro extraordinary reserve distribution from the 2024-2025 period.
