European Young Choir performs at Saint-Étienne Cathedral in Agde

The European Young Choir performed a concert at the Saint-Étienne Cathedral in Agde on August 16, 2026. Organized by the association Agde Musica, the event drew a large audience to the cathedral.

The choir consists of 44 singers from 18 different European countries. Following a week-long residency at the Cité des Arts in Montpellier, the group performed an a cappella program featuring works by Maurice Ravel and Gabriel Fauré. The ensemble was led by Bulgarian conductor Donka Miteva and French conductor Pierre-Louis Delaporte, an associate conductor of the Chœur de l’Orchestre de Paris.
