Eurowings cancels Dubai flights from Cologne and Stuttgart
Eurowings is adjusting its winter flight schedule and product rollout following changes to its Dubai service. The airline has canceled planned connections from Cologne/Bonn and Stuttgart to Dubai for the winter season, citing commercial reasons. Only the daily service from Berlin to Dubai is currently scheduled to remain.
Despite these route changes, the Lufthansa subsidiary confirmed it will proceed with the introduction of its new ‘Premium Biz Seat’ product. The rollout is expected to begin on December 1, 2026, starting with the Berlin-Dubai route. The new business-class seating is also planned for routes connecting Berlin and Düsseldorf to Mallorca, Málaga, and London Heathrow.
The scale of the aircraft cabin retrofitting remains undecided. While Eurowings previously intended to equip its entire sub-fleet by November, the scope of the Airbus A320 Neo upgrades is now being reassessed following the adjustments to the Dubai flight schedule.
