Eurípides Flores resigns from SEP to run for federal deputy

Eurípides Flores Pacheco has resigned from his position as head of the Legal Affairs Unit at the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) to run for a federal deputy seat. Flores Pacheco will participate in the internal selection process of the Morena party for the 6th District of Puebla.

Flores Pacheco announced his decision in a video alongside the Secretary of Public Education, Mario Delgado Carrillo, stating his intention to return to Puebla to defend national sovereignty and support the current administration. Upon his departure, he submitted an activity report to Delgado, who expressed gratitude for his work at the SEP and wished him success in his political aspirations.

Flores Pacheco is a political ally of Mario Delgado, having previously worked as a party liaison with the National Electoral Institute (INE) during Delgado's leadership. His candidacy aims to succeed Alejandro Carvajal Hidalgo in the district.
