Euvic SA to acquire Softiq following UOKiK approval

Euvic SA has received approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) to acquire full control of the Gliwice-based software house Softiq. The transaction, which follows an antitrust proceeding initiated in August, will be executed through a share exchange. Euvic SA will issue approximately 2.9 million of its own shares to acquire the remaining interest, resulting in 100 percent ownership of Softiq.

This acquisition is part of Euvic's strategic consolidation priorities for the 2026-2028 period. Softiq, which previously held associate status within the group, reported sales revenues of 72.5 million PLN and a net profit of 8.7 million PLN in 2025. The integration aims to combine the technical competencies of both firms.

In the first half of 2026, Euvic reported consolidated sales revenues of 488.6 million PLN, with an operating profit of 22.4 million PLN and a net profit of 18 million PLN.
