EVA Air to operate charter flights between Taipei and Asahikawa

EVA Air will operate charter flights between Taipei/Taoyuan and Asahikawa from September 23 to October 29. The schedule includes 10 round-trip dates, totaling 18 scheduled service flights and 2 ferry flights.

Managed by Hokkaido Airport (HAP), these inbound charter flights aim to meet strong travel demand for the Asahikawa and northern Hokkaido regions. The initiative follows successful charter operations held earlier this year in January and February, which recorded high passenger load factors.

The flights will utilize Airbus A321 aircraft. The service is designed to promote regional tourism by offering tour packages specifically for travelers from Taiwan to explore the Asahikawa area.
