Eva Gray signs two-year deal with Hampshire
Hampshire has signed pace-bowling all-rounder Eva Gray on a two-year contract. The 26-year-old joins the club from Essex, where she made 53 appearances over the last two seasons, recording 63 wickets and 239 runs across all competitions.
Gray brings significant experience to the squad, having won The Hundred with London Spirit in 2024. Her career includes stints with Surrey, South East Stars, and Sunrisers, as well as appearances for England A against Australia.
Adam Carty, Hampshire’s Regional Director of Women’s Cricket, praised Gray as a “proven winner” with the ability to bowl effectively in all three phases of an innings and take wickets across white-ball formats. Gray expressed excitement about joining a successful side and contributing to the team's pursuit of silverware.
