Czech actress Eva Holubová has shared details regarding her recent health challenges during an appearance on the show Adela with Adela Vincze. Holubová revealed that she underwent a difficult brain surgery in 2024 after ignoring several warning signs from her body.

In addition to physical recovery, the actress discussed the importance of mental well-being. She noted that she has stopped watching the news to avoid the stress and heightened state of alertness that negative reporting causes, opting instead for a more peaceful approach to daily life.
