Eva Longoria explores French culinary heritage in new docuseries
The docuseries ‘Eva Longoria: Searching for France’ explores the country’s culinary history and its status as a global standard for fine dining. In the series, Longoria travels through various regions, including Paris, Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Alsace, to uncover the mysteries behind French gastronomy.
In Paris, the show examines the art of fine dining and the city’s role as a hub for patisserie. Other episodes feature visits to Burgundy to meet monks credited with inventing French agriculture, and explorations of the culinary traditions in the frontier region of Alsace. A second season is already planned to cover regions such as Champagne and Lyon.
