Evan Seinfeld launches Full Metal Fitness app

Evan Seinfeld, the vocalist and bassist for the hardcore metal band Biohazard, has launched a new fitness application called Full Metal Fitness. The initiative is designed to encourage health and longevity within the heavy metal community.

Seinfeld stated that his motivation stems from observing that a large portion of the metal fanbase appears to be out of shape or struggling with weight and nutrition. He described the app as a way to inspire and build community rather than to be judgmental.

The program includes customized workout plans, meal guides, and virtual accountability calls. The at-home workouts are designed to be accessible, requiring only minimal equipment such as dumbbells and a yoga mat, with exercises set to music from influential metal bands.
