Evangelion art projects launch in Japan with exhibition and limited-edition folding screens

From July 17 to August 16, the "Evangelion Illustration Exhibition II" will be held in Aichi at the Kinokuniya Mozo Wondercity store. The free‑entry show features high‑resolution reproductions of original Evangelion artwork produced with Dai‑Nippon Printing’s Primart technology, and a range of exclusive merchandise, with a complimentary paper bookmark offered for purchases over ¥2,500.

Separately, the "Eva‑Japonism" project released a series of five limited‑edition folding screens that blend the iconic "Fujin Raijin" (Wind God–Thunder God) screens with Evangelion mecha and characters. Each screen, priced at ¥27,000 (tax‑excluded), is sold online from July 17 through the Ban‑san "Ukiyo‑e Workshop" shop, showcasing traditional Japanese art techniques applied to the anime franchise.
