Eve Air Mobility publishes sustainability report and unveils eVTOL at Farnborough Airshow

Eve Air Mobility released its inaugural Sustainability Report, outlining an ESG strategy that positions its all‑electric eVTOL aircraft as a zero‑local‑emission, low‑noise alternative to conventional aviation and ground transport. The report notes that the company’s manufacturing facility in Brazil runs on 100 % renewable energy and details initiatives such as water‑based inks, waste‑reduction measures, a Great Place to Work® certification and robust governance policies. CEO Johann Bordais said sustainability “is the very foundation we build on” as Eve pursues a $280 billion passenger‑revenue opportunity over the next two decades.

At the 2026 Farnborough International Airshow, Eve will display a full‑scale eVTOL mock‑up and a flight simulator in its pavilion. The company will host a press briefing where Bordais will update on the flight‑test programme that began with its first flight in December 2025, the upcoming transition‑flight evaluation, and the start of production for six conforming prototypes later this year. Eve reports a pipeline of roughly 2,700 pre‑orders, including binding agreements with Brazil’s Revo and Japan’s AirX for up to 50 aircraft each, underscoring commercial momentum for its urban air‑mobility solutions.
